My friend recently opened biotech & pharma firm which is going well but she doesn't have much experience since she needs help in getting her business settled. However we recently met a Life Sciences Consulting firm that deals in providing advice on how to run such companies. I am helping my friend part time but I need advice on how to deal with such consulting firms since we wouldn't want to show them that we don't know how to run a firm on our own.
