Beef, pork, mechanically separated chicken, water, textured soy protein concentrate, salt. Contains 2% or less of dextrose, flavorings, corn syrup, smoking flavoring, lactic acid starter culture, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, paprika, caramelized sugar, maltodextrin, malt extract. Collagen casing contains soy.

 

If it contains meat, how is it imitation?

Yeah, real beef jerky is just seasoned strips of beef cooked and smoked to a chewy consistency, only ingredients are straight up beef and seasonings
