Need birthday present ideas immediately!

    Just realised it's almost my sister's birthday, I need present ideas. She's turning 21 and I have to order it today.

    Anything relating to beauty and fashion is good. Doesn't have to be though, could be anything. Also, make sure it's under £15 she's not that important gosh.

    She likes art, philosophy, err fashion, and umm... stuff. Oh, she might like something practical that she can use at her house. Go go go, list off some ideas.

    I just use whatever for highlighter. If you're gonna go the brush route I suggest something more along the lines of
