Second best Hitchcock film behind Psycho!
What’s days of heaven?
Have you seen Badlands or The Red Thin Line? It's by the same director and in a similar style. Kind of hard to describe, it's pretty artsy and isn't for everyone but I really like it
Why do many MMA fighters love the Last Dragon so much, lol? Alex Caceres' alter-ego is the main character's name and Tony Ferguson keeps referencing "The Glow." And there are others, lol.
A tearjerker of unrequited love that resonate a lot with me. The backdrop of the story itself is fantastic, the steppe of WWII Soviet Union is grounded in reality but also contain that fairy tale element which always fascinate me about Turko-Mongol people and culture.
I wonder how many of you men actually have your own Jamila.
What fairy tale element? I'm half-Turkish, never heard of that lol. God I hate chick flicks
Shakespearean and Hans Christian Andersen like setting. The bride of the steppe, tragic love story, various cultures intermingling, horses and horses and more horses.
