I made a double bacon smash burger with cheese, omg.

grilled brioche bun, some mayo, spicy ketchup, lettuce, tomato and red onion. Seasoned the patty with pepper, kosher salt, and a little MSG

Made Pizza for lunch today (from scratch)

I screwed up a little, should have pierced the dough before I added toppings so I wouldn't get air bubbles, but whatever, it was delicious

used a tomato sauce with pesto

topped with a little mozza, then pepperoni, then more mozza, then another layer of pepperoni, some italian sausage, and more cheese

in the oven for 12 minutes at 475F - a little messy thanks to the swelling, but delicious.

Today is Spaghetti Sauce Day - making the sauce, as well as pasta, and prepping lunches for a couple weeks

First, got the meat cooking, added some white onion, mushrooms, diced tomato, carrots, some chopped garlic, and a buttload of spices and seasonings (onion powder, garlic powder, ground ginger, white pepper, celery salt, chili powder, cayenne, italian seasoning, some sriracha, some kosher salt, and some MSG)

Got the tomato sauce in the slow cooker, added diced tomato, chopped broccoli, carrots, mixed in some pesto

added the meat mixture, stirred it up, and now to ignore it for a few hours

Feeling like crap today, so I had breakfast for dinner - blueberry toaster waffles, eggs over medium, and 4 strips of bacon

Cherry pie, with 1/4 inch of cream cheese under the cherries - I butchered my first slice, but it tasted amazing
