Took this picture last september on top of Mt Caubvick in Northern Labrador.
Very nice sir!
That was an experience of a lifetime. Ill never have an opportunity to travel to such a remote place ever again
Nice shots guys! I can't choose a single favourite, but here's one of my favourites.
This is a view from near Bald Point in Ecola State Park, Oregon.
My backyard this past winter. Not my favorite picture, just one I was able to upload!
Not my absolute fave, but I really love this shot. This is our cab broken down on the side of the road in Cuba.
I think I might have offered to buy the cab... ;-)
Dude, the cars down there are INSANE. And they're all frankenstein machines.
Yeah. Though I've never been to Cuba, the effects of 50 years of sanctions are incredible to see in pictures. As a car guy, I love seeing all the old vehicles running. It's a car collector's dream...
And yes, the franken-machines too, parted together from whatever was available, make for some pretty neat vehicles.
Seriously, I highly recommend going down there in the next 3 years before American money fucks that whole country up. Well worth it and very affordable.
a more true statement could not be said.
Cell phones cameras are notorious for screwing up perspective.
Fixed it for you:
What time was that taken at? I've never seen Granville so dead!
It was just after the longest day of the year. I waited for a few minutes for traffic to clear before I took it.
you lose a bit of quality and a bit of data when you stretch it back straight, but it's usually a bit easier on the viewer's eye =)
Errrm, I'm just gonna drop this one here and keep the thread moving.
This is facing Weed Island in Tahkenitch Lake, Oregon, US. Just happened to see all 4 ends of a double rainbow on the drive so of course had to stop and take a picture, while checking for Leprechauns and pots of gold of course.
What was that shot with? It's a wonderfully wide lens.
