I've been a member for almost a year and I've never felt compelled to post. My opinion is still the same, sucks.

Some times you can tell just by looking at something. Like if you're lactose intolerant pizza will probably never be your bae.

 

Fair enough. A bad poster will never be able to enjoy the art of posting.

 

But posting is an art, it's subjective. One person may say your art is terrible but just because someone has done a million paint by numbers that doesn't qualify them to say someone else's art is good or bad

 

There are two types of art:
1. A Van Gogh painting, one filled with natural-born talent as well as years of perfecting ones craft, anyone seeing it instantly realizing that this is something beautiful, this is art. This art is not subjective.
2. A canvas that is blank other than a smear of gold paint, applied so delicately with a wet slap of a gold-painted penis, sitting in the center of an empty, white room. Art only because the greasy, unemployed 'artist' that 'painted' it says that it's art. This art is subjective.

Posting is the former. It is a art. It is not subjective.

To say that art is subjective is not a fact but a statement that is subjective in nature.
