Social Media Cleanse

Twatter, Facecock, Instalame they're all pretty bad for your mental health. I suggest cleansing yourself of any shit tier social media apps.
Feels good man. Trust me.

 

My experience with those apps is good. I don't really use twitter and on facebook, I don't follow anything or anyone that upsets me and I've gotten really good at ignoring anything that does get buy. I basically just look at pictures of dogs and cats and post in forums.

That being said, I'm sure you're right I just don't care to change lol

 

It wasn't in terms of being upset. The damage social media does goes beyond snowflakes getting "offended".
It has more to do with the narcissism and things of that general nature being damaging to your psyche and overall mental health.
Looking at pictures of cats and dogs is fine but you don't need a social media app for that. We do have image searches.

 

Do you have data to back that up? I get what you're saying and it might be true for a lot of people, just for me personally, I know it's not a problem. Working in customer service has done way more damage to me than social media.

I have Twitter and Facebook accounts but I rarely log into them.

 

I use Twitter sparingly, and Nexopia, that’s it for social networks.

 

I don't use any of those I have IG but only use it to fundie watch, and SC is just to send snaps of my dog to my far away friends.
I think I'm pretty anti social...media

 

I have Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, but hardly ever use the latter two. I used to have kik and snapchat too, but removed those from my phone.

 

The other issue with those platforms is they're known for government involvement in the US Twitter and Facebook leak data for demographics. Obama used it to win his campaign was hailed as "cutting-edge innovative, a genius" Trump did the same thing.. but hes a big bad man for invading privacy and what not. Seems hypocritical to me.

 

Is the Patriot Act still in effect?

 

Till at least 2019 it seems Obama extended some of it to 2015 and the parts that expired just got extended to 2019.

 

I forgot about tumblr and instagram, I mostly use them to post pictures of my dog and such, but neither are particularly social for me

 

I’d die if I didn’t have somewhere to post pics of my cats

 

You could take photos of them and go up to every random stranger you see on the street and pushily show them to them.

 

I already have photo albums full of pics for every guest that enters my house

 

How about for every "guest" that is outside of your house?
