User created or private forums are definitely something we're working towards, we just need more active people first. Profile skins would be amazing but the way the site is currently set up I'm not sure if it's possible, at least not right now. Profile views were recently changed, you should be able to see everyone that visits your profile and ignore anyone who's creeping. As far as fake accounts go, right now we don't have any rules about avatars having to actually be you, it's just preferred but most people don't use their own pics. This may change in the future but for now we're letting people use any pictures that aren't nudity/gore or extremely offensive.
