thought i heard fireworks last night

    turns out it was gunshots :( looks like its time for our mayor and police chief to either step their games up or abandon their posts and make way for someone else

    true but we dont need anymore shootings. its been a rough summer in that regard. still tho better than chicago

    Problem with guns is anyone who wants one can find a way to get one.

    Easier stateside, but not much - big difference being you get caught walking down the street with one here you end up dead or in jail. But someone off their rocker like that guy? Not a deterrent

    If our society instilled more respect and accountability into the minds of our youth, much of the problems could be dealt with.

    I bought my first .22 at the local hardware store when I was 12 or 13. My father wrote a permission note, which the store verified by phone. At age 14 I was firing full auto weapons in cadets.
