I would have named all the birds birds are some of my favourite animals
At one point, I had more than 200 of them. One of my favorites was a Spalding hybrid peacock (Java Green father, Indian Blue mother)...
Cola Herbert and Herbert Cola?
Oh man, I miss the peacocks at the calgary zoo they aren’t caged and they’ll walk right up to you to steal your ice cream cone
I have had peacocks damage peoples' cars...they see their own reflections in the shiny surfaces and try to fight the "interloper"...often making themselves bloody in the process and scratching the paint all to hell...next thing I know, I have a hefty bill from a body shop.
Swans are supposed to be majestic but they are jerks in real life, man. I was at the park the other day and one just walked right up to me and snatched the burger I was eating right out of my hand, lol.
I used to keep swans, geese and ducks...of those 3 waterfowl, the geese were definitely the jerks, but they were the best "watchdogs" too. I knew when the geese made noise, there was something going on that I needed to be aware of.
When I had my geese, I would have to go out and help people get to the house because the geese would gang up on them, and people not used to a gaggle of hissing threatening geese would become intimidated. They would grab onto people and then beat them with their wings, with enough force to dent a car.
The swans and ducks stayed out by the pond, but the geese were everywhere, leaving their "presents" all over the place...and a German Shepherd I had thought they were doggy treats.
One of my favourite places was this spot in London where there were just hundreds of geese/ducks/swans. I wonder if @mikeconley11 goes there.
I don't know. He seems like the type of person that would be getting attacked by those birds, lol.
They have this at every park!
Oh lmao, well in Canada the only birds I see at the park is like 1 mallard if I’m lucky
Here, it's mainly seagulls and pigeons.
It’s weird, I’m from a city near the Rocky Mountains and I would always see seagulls. Now I live near the ocean and I never see them
But don't you see pigeons everywhere? Why would you want to see them at the park?
Separate names with a comma.
