Was he hot, though, lol?
Well we dated almost two years so I guess at one point in time I thought he was
someone thru a banana at this one chick so i dumped her becase i thought people didnt like her
she was a good person so i shouldn't have done that
IN HS, a girl was way too nice. And always happy and upbeat. And it was just Fucking weird.
People who hide their bad side are usually the most bad. Like those people who can manipulate situations to start drama and then step back and look innocent. Hate em.
I broke up with someone because she didn’t have her own personality. She just acted like whoever she was around and never bothered to have her own opinions about anything. Literally nothing. I like people who challenge me a little, she was verging on a sex slave
And she couldn’t cook
I broke with someone because he burned a page of the Bible for the stupidest reason. He and I were both Christians and he couldn't complete this part of Donkey Kong 64 (flying through an obstacle thing using Diddy Kong).
W/out makeup they looked like a man. I couldn't get over it.
Lay out all your craziness
They know what they're getting into
because I wanted to bang someone else and not cheat.
this came up more than I care to admit in my youth
But we are, by nature, polygamous. It was the Catholic Church that spread the idea that monogamy is the norm, an arbitrary decision.
Interesting thought. The old testament is littered with polygamy, but all that is followed is the ten commandments .
I haven't read much of the new testament but I'd be hard pressed to venture a guess that there isn't a rash of polygamous relationships there as well.
we are what society breeds us to be and it ends up just feeling natural unless we are above that.
I forget what the reasoning was but I think the Church did it so there weren't all of these killings due to jealousy between men in a woman's life or vice versa.
It makes sense.
before government we had church to instill fear.
what are your thoughts on the topic church aside?
I think the social cohesion of Christendom and the Islamic world helped those cultures flourish for the better because it lessened xenophobia and increased cooperation.
I meant on polygamy vs monogamy
Um, well, I think that polygamy is the best because it seems that it is more natural.
@izbestbro What are your thoughts on it?
I battled this throughout my youth.
I always broke up with a girl before I strayed, but the desire to stray felt natural.
right now I'm in a place where I'm happy and it's not worth it to disappoint or focus on desires.
There will always be nice things to look at, but you have to think at what expense and is it worth it.
