For me it's just donuts
I have a grocery store a few minutes away from my house, so I stop in almost every day to grab things as needed. I hate doing big grocery shops because I get bored and don't like pushing carts
I need to learn to do that but I procrastinate
OMG. I break down per day, break down per meal. Protein, carbs, dairy, fruit/veg. Meal plan every two weeks every meal or if I plan on eating out.
That's way more adulting than I could handle The best I can do is plan like 2-3 days in advance. Unless Christmas is close because then I know which day I'm cooking a turkey.
Lol yeah.. nutritionist life. That and I have 3 children :p
Me doing groceries: "Mom, what's for dinner?"
