Yeah it was a pretty great night
I just got back from a super top secret mission to Mars. It was meh.
Did you see the location they used for Mars Attacks?
Learned how to clean a grouse.
Edit, not my video, but here's how:
I went hiking in Bruce Peninsula and got lost on the Bruce Trail near Inglis Falls in Owen Sound.
I've been doing nothing for a long time and I think I will continue that pattern until nothing happens
Made a lot of barbeque
Also did this:
With life you have to keep your expectations low, doing anymore then necessary could lead to getting what your actually want. This is the puzzle that all humans face in their daily lives
I take the opposite approach, I do exactly what I want and expect people who dislike what I do to leave me alone. I've found that by being a combo of cold, short, rude, aggressive, intimidating, obnoxious, defensive, and arrogant, I can generally achieve exactly that.
Not unlike people who tell me that they dislike cats and ask me to lock mine up when they visit. The answer is always the same: My house means my rules. Accept it or GTFO.
Dude, no one was hating on your cats. That's between you and them
I'm well aware. I was responding to your comment about low expectations with a quality example, nothing more.
Yes, I am aware and your Quality example was noted. I was just making a specific comment on your feline ending sentence and found that It needed a response.
fair enough =)
Fixed a lawn roller (that was left full of water over winter a few years ago and split):
(I'm sure my neighbours love me)
OLD BRITISH ARMY FATIGUES **** YEAH lol
wat is a lawn roller and wat does it do forgive my ignorance
Correct, Pre-95 British Woodland DPM. Great outdoor gear for the price I was paying when I could get it.
A lawn roller is a weight a landscaper uses to pack the ground before planting grass. Also used to press the grass seed into the dirt. Also used to press sod into dirt. It's a drum with a handle that's filled typically filled with water to give it weight. Many are plastic, mine is steel. A few years ago, I forgot to drain it and it split when the water froze. Today, I finally got around to pounding the seam closed and getting it welded up, mostly because I finally have a decent welder.
Ahhhh coool, one of those things. And right on on the decent welder, I wish I'd taken welding back when I had a chance too.
Honestly, I'm self taught. Before I got this machine this summer, I hadn't welded in 15 years. This is just a wire welder, with GMAW capabilities. Simply, it feeds a wire and causes an electrical arc to melt the wire. It has a gas solenoid to optionally send a shielding gas through the gun to allow a cleaner weld (or ability weld more difficult material like aluminum), but that's not needed for welding mild steel. For most stuff "around the home", flux cored wire works just fine instead of having the appropriate gas on hand... It's just a matter of learning the coordination to get a nice even weld.
Lol nope, pretty sure I want to take a class before I start messing with welding equipment. Thats awesome though great shit man. I barely know how to take a lawnmower apart.
