PMs aren't meant to be publicly seen, so I would ask that you don't do that please. However, I would encourage you, and anyone else who has any issue with a staff decision, to open up a private conversation with any and all staff members.

Other posters said that, I did not. Other posters opinions or beliefs are not the same as my own and vice versa. I told people that in the new year I was making changes so that everyone would be treated equally and that's exactly what I've done.
