    I have 4.
BeamNG.Drive- I don't know why I love the game so much, maybe its satisfying to see cars being crushed. I love soft-body physics.

    Counter-Strike: Global Offensive-
Can't stop me on that Global Elite grind.

    Shadow Warrior 2-
The humor, the graphics, and the game itself is great. I love hack-and-slash games, and the main character having "wang" in his name is great for cock jokes.

    NASCAR Racing 2003 Season
    - Old game, but still infinitely better than the newer games like NASCAR Heat 3 or whatever one they're on. The modding community is great and the handling of the cars is unreal. The game is free too (due to it being abandonware after Papyrus closed down) if you can find the right link.

I don’t think there are any at the moment that actually make me want to sit and play

    I'm with Squire here.
When I went to school I played quite a lot, like up to 6 hours a day, and one of my all time favorites was (and still is) The Elder Scrolls 4. I've tried the following installment, too, and it's pretty decent as well.

The OP has mentioned some racing games, and I haven't played many of the genre. FlatOut 2 and Burnout Paradise seemed amazing, though.

If I had a computer I would probably still play counter-strike, and I'd like to get into iRacing

I don’t mind MMO type games, used to play DDO every week with some friends, that was fun - but most of the fun was just getting to spend a few hours killing monsters and bad guys with friends who don’t see each other often enough

My cousin is a huge fan of video games. He's unemployed and intends to go on like this for at least several more months, so he can afford spending hours playing some old stuff that his ancient computer is capable of running. When we get together once in a while, gaming is pretty much the only subject we can discuss for hours. I always say things like "Yeah, when I get a new rig, I'm going to take a week off work to walk through this or that and blah blah blah." But honestly I doubt that I'll ever get to play anything, simply because I'll never buy that new rig. Gaming is fun, but there's just too much stuff in my real life that needs to be dealt with. Oh well.

Is there anyone at all who can combine work and hobbies?

    Is that what you did?

In fact, that cousin of mine does want to try streaming, but it's hard to attract any sizable audience when you:
    a) have a really old computer,
    b) are a male of average looks,
    c) are not charismatic in the least.

Nope. My boring-ass has an equally-boring job.

I don't know what is happening when I start to play Minecraft. That's magic or time loop - I play for an hour, but really 4 hours pass. And I just don't feel that.

I love all the word games, but still a little complicated for me to play them in English as i am not a native speaker
