Im so stressed but idk what to do. My immediate desire is to go shopping but I have no money
Music and colouring books for adults.
Or playing with Max of course.
Or looking at cat videos.
Or going to the park and throw sticks for Max to fetch
Loud music, dog cuddles, yoga/circus stretches, baking, the beach, bubble baths and just generally being alone.
Edit: Dancing is my number one go to for stress relief but I'm not allowed to do that right now, so it didn't make the list.
Medical reasons or complaining neighbours?
Haha I have pretty good soundproofing in my studio, neighbours have never complained.
I masturbate, play video games, smack my wife around...
Just kidding about that last part... I dont have a wife.
get a baseball bat and go to a beach or an open area with rocks n hit rocks,
or hit what ever you want really.
hit the highway, or find a place with lose gravel, do some drifts.
go out for a walk and yell strange things at random people
play darts, and really giver throwing them
punching bag, practice some kicks
scream into pillows
flail like youv never flailed before
The couple of days i spend home by myself i watch the really high rated american tv series, if you have a pool table, dartboard or a poker table thats helps alot to! Ebay some cheap decoration or sexy underwear =) Exercise or meditate is also relaxing. (calm.com) Learn a new instrument? Go for a bike ride, visit some old friends? Prank calling is like a last resort, but its a blast everytime.
