I think that we should reverse the current situation. Do you know what would stop the pedophile phenomenon? Just charge the kids that get raped with rape and incarcerate them for decades. Then the child will fight tooth and nail, everytime a pedophile tries to rape them. What keeps pedophilia thriving and a booming phenomenon is that the kids let the pedophile do those things to them because they are unsure of the right or wrong of what is happening to them.
