Family is on a migration to a new galaxy, ships get attacked, crash landing, hell breaks loose, they try to survive. Also, kid finds a robot on the planet and makes friends

 

It’s loosely based on the original TV series. Very, very loosely

 

I'll probably start that as soon as I'm done Deep Space 9

 

DS9 is great - more like DarkTrek than Star Trek, and a lot less Trek...

Not much Trek, but there are stars and great stories

 

I like the different direction, it's really not like TNG or Voyager at all

 

It’s definitely different, I’ve enjoyed all the series so far, including Enterprise, and was pleasantly surprised with (non Trek) The Orville. I’m not a huge fan of Seth McFarlane, it reminds me of Star Trek TOS as far as silly level, although I’m sure it wasn’t intentional in TOS

Just finished Season 3 of Preacher.

All I can say is oh my god, this better have a season 4. Show is all kinds of brilliant and strange

 

Better call Saul

 

Better Call Saul and Breaking Bad are both from the same people doing Preacher - similar humour and violence levels

 

Just finished Animal Kingdom and now I've started American Vandal.

 

I just started Sabrina. Looks hella good so far

 

I've finished all the episodes of Dynasty on Netflix, awaiting the nee eps. Main female character kind of looks like Lindsay Lohan,
