What if you hadn't been charged but the police are giving you strong hints that they are putting you down as a strong suspect, lol? They haven't even said that you are a suspect. The investigation is in its preliminary stages but they keep questioning you about more than one murder, lol.
In my mind the minute they start treating you like a suspect is the minute you ask for a lawyer. Anything you say can and will be used against you is how they see it, so stop saying things to them. If you were innocent then that's what would come out, and if you're guilty, then you're guilty and that's what will also come out. The truth has a fine habit of eventually being revealed to those who honestly look for it.

Yeah I'd say it is and once again if it were me I'd be looking to get a lawyer or legal advice at the least asap.

No thats not strong evidence because they would need evidence to concretely place you at both scenes.
As a law student, I was taught that if the police ever treat you as a suspect get a lawyer and don't say anything because you'll end up saying something stupid
This, exactly this. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. So don't talk! Not unless they were offering you some kind of plea deal in exchange... but that requires a lawyer be present to negotiate the terms I think. Not sure.
