    I put "Disagree" as I have always cringed when people act like they've been dealt a bad hand in life. Life isn't a game of chance...we have a great deal more control over how it goes.

    Circumstance causes things you would consider to be unlucky but luck has nothing to do with it. Someone born into a wealthy family with very little genetic predisposition to diseases isn’t more likely to win the lottery. “Luck” is a superstition.

    I believe good and bad things happen to people...and sometimes those things are out of our control, and are by chance, so in that regard people can say they were lucky or unlucky regarding that situation. But "natural luck" implies something beyond that. I think it's more random than that.

    My grandfather once gave me this brass coin with a picture of an angel on both sides and told me to put it in my shoe during a football game it would bring me good luck, ended up with two broken ribs and lost the division championship to state sooooooo I’m torn lol.
