The Word is unadulterated truth. We know it's true because God tells us so.

I communicate with God every day, but I know His Word is true, because His Word says its true. God is not capable of deception.

So the basis of your religion is your unyielding believe that you're talking to god?

If I can't verify your claim, then yes.
If you tell me the sky is blue, I just need to look up to determine its color.
If you tell me you're communicating with God, I can't verify that. So you have to show me the evidence that you're actually talking to God.
