What workouts do you do when you are tired/have no time?
I like to just walk instead of bus
Whether I’m tired or not, I force myself to go to the gym. Even if I’m exhausted. I just double up on preworkout and force myself to go. I find it difficult to get a workout at home. I get distracted too easily. So I have to leave the house.
Yeah, I think I should be at a gym but I’m too scared to go alone. All those people seeing me not know what I’m doing
This works for me first thing in the morning-push ups all the way through. Doing the up position obviously when they say bring sally up, and in the down when saying bring sally down. But you cannot switch any position during others lyrics only up and down. If that makes sense I do this everyday and each day is just as hard as the first. This one workout will make you sweat
