Would you ever try to live on just raw food? Why or why not?

A fruit based, raw vegan diet is what I find to be the most obvious optimal diet for humans.

I've been eating this way for 9 years without changing it up because the results are just so good.

So, would YOU ever give it a go? Or will you forever stay on cooked?

No, I love fruit but I love vegetables more and certain veggies have been proven to be more beneficial to your health when they are cooked as opposed to raw. Plus mainly fruit would be way too sweet, but I could happily live on just fruit/veggies if I didn't have a fat ass for a bf that always orders pizza :imslow:

I like having a balanced diet, I’m food agnostic when it comes to different types of food.

I tried vegan for a while, 6 months or so, and it ruined me, low energy, felt woozy all the time, felt weak. My body just couldn’t survive on a vegan diet. (And yes, it was a good balanced diet, i made sure I had enough protein, carbs and natural sugar, salt vitamins minerals etc) I do like to encorporate vegan foods into my diet and eat less meat/dairy, find a balance

What if you were a hunter during the hunter-gatherer days and you didn't know how to make fire? Would you just eat a carcass raw, or would you starve to death?

    No, she was fine

If you get a cut of meat and sear the outside before you grind it it can be safe as well, just don’t like the texture

I'd eat a carcass raw, shit I'd eat a raw dead human if it meant not starving to death. Doesn't mean I'm gonna start eating my nan when I'm feeling peckish.

So, you are telling me that you wouldn't try some raw meat at a restaurant? What if they guarantee you that how they prepare it renders it completely safe to eat?
