True. Our knowledge of the universe is severely limited by our very low level of technology. Until we can actually get out and study things directly it’s very difficult to get concrete information or theories - we’ve come a long way though, if we survive the current political mess, and find a way to stop fighting for long enough, it’s feasible we’ll get much closer over the coming years.

 

There is an outlying theory that says that advance civilization as a whole existed before and was wiped out. Advance civilization is up again. I hope it doesn't happen again, lol.

It’s something worth investigation long enough to read why it’s all a load of shit.

Find a verse someone quotes, and it’ll give you a nice list of all the places where it contradicts that verse to varying degrees, using nothing but the words in the book itself. It’s easy and hilarious (and 100% verifiable too!)

 

I grew up in a church. I'm baptized and confirmed, hell, I even taught Sunday school for CALM hours in high school.
I have enough knowledge and insight into the bible to know its a load of shit.

 

I got kicked out of bible school for yelling at the pastor for lying to children after they got mad I told the other kids that god was fake like the tooth fairy

 

The bible is nothing more than a tool used to gain control of a group of peoples. Power in numbers. Amiright?
