AH I sometimes get hives too I wonder if its stress related too. I used to get them when I got to warm at my old job. But thankfully it's only one random hive and not a bunch. One is itchy enough.

I'm not sure why it happens. One night my bestie and I were smoking and I guess I took a hit that was too bug and harsh and started coughing which triggered an attack and then my breathing wasnt right and I started to panic. I had to excuse myself and went and sat in the bathroom with my inhaler until i could calm down.

I'm allergic to penicillin though and it gave me a full body rash of hives. It was so uncomfortable. I was in radium too so I couldnt even suffer in the comfort of my own home.

I've never heard of someone having one over spicy food. That must suck, esp if you dont expect something to be spicy

I’ve had a spicy induced panic attack once but it was because it was those spicy noodles from the spicy noodle challenges you see all over YouTube. Regular amount of spicy is fine for me thank god.

If superstore doesn’t T&T or one of the other Asian supermarkets do

I like the Mama brand spicy pork - has a kick, but it’s a warm, slightly uncomfortable heat, not a face on fire kinda thing lol
