Probably, most of them have rules designed to avoid paying out legitimate claims, because straight up following the rules would reduce profits
Actually Aflac constantly surprises me about what they pay - in a good way. I cannot tell you how many claims I've helped submit and was 100% dead sure they wouldn't pay and they end up do.

Yeah. I've honestly never had a bad experience both with helping clients but also dealing with HQ. And there's definitely been some claims we knew we're going to get denied (outrageous stuff really).
